Dr Bu Castro is a Physician-Lawyer, Pathologist and Medico-Legal Consultant. He finished Medicine from the University of Santo Tomas in 1982 and did his internship at Baguio General Hospital and Residency Training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center. He completed his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Santo Tomas in 1988.
